Bio

She is a researcher and mentor at the expanded Berlin University of the cyberArts. Her research focuses on practices of knowledge, understanding the older ones and documenting the new ones as they rapidly emerge. She is particularly interested on how do our cognitive functions transform through tactile experience and stimuli/functions provided by the toolset of XR technologies that has emerged in the last decades of the century - deeply affecting the production and education of the Arts. She is an architect by training, that weird specimen of a discipline. She feels equally at home, when observing neuron pathways in a microscope and when supervising the creation of modular re-generation centres for vulnerable ecosystems across the world.

Inhabiting local old walls and acting in soft networks globally, she is an active member of the Knowledge Weavers Social Club, promoting alternative Knowledge practices, minor narratives and hybrid mixtures. Touching is her not so secret obsession, and from it many others emerge. The love of caressing old books and much older manuscripts has driven her explorations in this field. A passionate gardener, she maintains a small jungle in her Berlin home, which she considers an extension of her family. She seeks to contribute in the emerging field of interspecies communication, through guided meditation fieldwork in the world's old forests.
