As we are an ever-growing group that watches itself, recaps and feedback is always an important part of our meetings and we document them anonymously to grow:

🏆 GO ON IN BEING GREAT:

• the size of the group was actually good (~10 people)
• the discussions were really stimulating
• it was good, that there was no given future and we could shape it
• congratulations to ourselves → it was a really nice work in the last 2 days!
• after all the theory, to finally create something was relieving and everybody was as committed as possible
• YARN game or when we created our input was really cool, as we could really hands-on construct the future and really be our otherselves!

💩 GET BETTER:

• sometimes people got lost in time and also struggled to remember all the words/names for everything/everybody
• it would have been great to have more direct exchange with the other groups
• frustration about the vagueness of our discussions
  • what do we do? how do we do it? → be more specific
• we still were too much in the year 2022 (whyever ;-) )
• too much freedom
• the scenario could have been more immersive, maybe it was too academic/theoretical
  • some ideas: going through the building, seeing an AI giving lessons, floating gardens, artificial plants and so on would have been great to establish a futuristic surrounding
• more playfulness and being away from the table
• time constraints were sometimes interrupting nice developments
• a narrator that leads us through the process and the scenarios would have been great
